Fernando D. Burstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P., is the Director of the Center for Craniofacial Disorders, the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and an associate clinical professor in the plastic surgery at Emory University. He specializes in pediatric craniofacial disorders and aesthetic plastic surgery procedures of the face, with an emphasis on dental face deformities and surgery of the jaws. A graduate of the University of Kansas Medical School, Dr. Burstein did residency programs at Yale and UCLA, as well as a craniofacial surgery fellowship at UCLA. He has lectured and published extensively on topics in his specialty.

Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he is affiliated with Northside Hospital, Egleston Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Scottish Rite Children Center and Aesthetica SurgiCenter.
